We are a family owned, private cake studio/commercial kitchen based out of Covington TN. We have been serving the Memphis and surrounding Mid South cities for 15 years. We are known for creating custom works of art for every special occasion. Specializing in high end, custom designed, sculpted and intricate edible works of art.

Because every cake is different, we don’t have a set price list. Pricing is based on a
few factors:

1. The design and details of your cake.
2. How many servings you are needing.
3. Do you need delivery? Do we need to set up, insert florals, or build on site?
4. Are you wanting any added extras, like handmade florals, handmade sculptures or specialty items.

MyMoniCakes.com After filling out the form, we will contact you to set up a phone consultation to gather all the information needed to send you a quote. Once you decide to book, you’ll get a emailed contract to pay your deposit and get on our schedule.

All of our cakes are baked to order. We don’t keep cake frozen in stock or in bulk. Therefore, every cake you are tasting is baked specially for you. Samples take time and cost money to put together. With all the requests for tastings we get, it’s not feasible to give them for free, or sit individually with everyone. After Covid, we stopped doing one on one tastings and now do sample cake boxes you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home, to enjoy at your pace, without any pressure.

It’s never too early to secure your date. We typically get booked 3-4 months in advance. We do get booked almost a year in advance for dates that fall during peak wedding season, which are Spring (April, May, June) and Fall months (August, September, October).

We require a 50% non refundable retainer to secure your date. Once that deposit is paid, your date is secured. Balances for weddings and large events are due one month before event. All other orders should be paid in full one week before event. Payment schedules will be specified in your contract.

The Cake. That’s it.
We do not provide and are not responsible for
cake cutting services. We do not provide cake stands, cake plates, cake cutters, utensils/napkins, champagne flutes, take out
boxes etc. We will leave a box for leftover cake when requested.
